Developed by Jeffrey Sergent, DC and Massage Therapist Peter Rogers over the course of five years, MMT is the future of Physical Medicine. Instead of using one specific way of treating patients, we draw from multiple physical wellness modalities and practices to use what works for individuals as a whole, not just one specific spot on the body. We look at the body as a finely tuned machine. If one part is not working correctly, it will affect your body’s overall performance. By using mobilizations, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, MMT can reduce restriction throughout the muscles and joints, reducing nerve pain and risk of injury.

After being introduced to CrossFit as an athlete, Lexi realized she wanted to establish a new, tight-knit, and supportive CrossFit community that supports and uplifts its members, not just within the box, but in all aspects of their life and fitness.  Her goal is to help people experience the best versions of themselves each day.

Hannah, an Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin native, graduated from Lakeland University in 2013. While at Lakeland, Hannah competed on both the women's basketball and soccer teams. Soon after graduation, Hannah came to a quick realization that fitness and health was her passion which led her to pursue her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  One year into personal training, Hannah was introduced to CrossFit which has now become more of a lifestyle than a hobby.

Hannah has always been comfortable in a gym setting, and she's made it a priority to make all members of CrossFit Lōzen feel the same sense of comfort regardless of their fitness levels and abilities.  This has motivated her to establish CrossFit Lōzen, with her partner, Lexi Machuga.
