What is Dry Needling?

Dry Needling is a skilled intervention that uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying myofascial trigger points, muscular, and connective tissues for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.

Will it hurt?

Everyone has a slightly different reaction and tolerance when it comes to dry needling. It is most commonly described as a small pinch followed by relief. Many patients report not feeling the needle at all!

When will I see results?

Numerous patients have found relief after just one or two sessions. However, each patient is unique and will have a completely custom care plan for their specific condition. On average, excellent results may be achieved in roughly 4-6 visits.
